Waybtoo much training snd overwhelming new employees. Too msny required educetionsl courses and zoom meetings daily/werkly tjat fo not sllow you to focus solely on bringing in new budiness. Too many daily/wetkly hudfle meetings that are a waste of time. They need more hands on training.
