Take your female coworkers more seriously. It’s still the good old boys club.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As much as they say they treat women fairly, they don’t. Especially when you’re working in a male-dominated sales management role. I’m never taken seriously by upper management.
