The processes and amount of work needed to be completed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The paid time off is amazing. I started with the company with 4 weeks and you can purchase an additional week.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It takes 10-12 hours to do what is supposed to be an 8 hour day. The compensation and pay make it so you don't want to leave even though it is killing a work/life balance.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The culture is becoming more of a do more with less attitude. I think the management is so far removed from the front line they are not realizing the amount of extra stress of pressure being given to the employee
