Overall, the company is good. I wish the system to give quotes was better and the pay was higher. I love the compant overall, I was able to balance my family and work.

Hourly wage could have been higher or commission percentage more.

Asking what i was looking for in a company. You do not get that question very often. It's always what can i bring.
