Company deliberately stacks the management full of liberal brainwashed idiots - who proceed to hire more liberal brainwashed idiots. Forget about hiring talent -- these people are only interested in creating an ideologically pure organization.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Company is a coldhouse for anyone with traditional values. Don't let anyone even hear through the grapevine that you believe in something other than the marxist orthodoxy Allstate have bought into - or you will be ostracized, denied promotional opportunities and hounded out of the building.
