above my pay grade. but a competitive product with working technology.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

working technology, better product, COMPETETIVE products, fair compensation, clear and truthful communications from executive management, consistency, a fair stable contract

What are some of the best things about your team?

The agency force has somehow kept its composure and continues to serve the public in a productive, compassionate, professional way. But we internally are being treated very poorly.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

stop only appeasing shareholders. listen to agents and staff, stop randomly changing our contract/agreement, give back agents commissions-it's our only retirement benefit! either pay benefits as employees or allow us to contract out. bring back claims, stop taking our customers/corresp commiss!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Went from 20% new business to 10% to 9% during the pandemic! Increased our demand to service for 0 pay. or max 2% (used to be potential to earn 10%). No Benefits, No Support, they pay Ind.Agents/Brokers more. We are forced to broker out policies to allstate owned brokerage, so they pay us LESS.
