What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Previously all staff were expected to take extended training on emotional intilligence, constructive communication, and "living the AIR values" - that is no longer the case and it shows. Staff who have been at AIR for a long time treat each other with respect, newer staff often do not.
What are some of the best things about your team?Kind people who care about their work and are diligent, they are trustworthy and dependable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Finally got serious about competitive pay a couple of years ago
