Work is boring. It is a good place to retire at. Would definitely recommend to those who value financial stability. American Express is not a good place for those who want a high salary or for those who want to learn fast.

The leadership principle of "bring others along" makes American Express a positive environment.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I will be paid every 2 weeks. I liked how I am not stressed out at work. However, I wish my talent can be better utilized.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued. I am fairly paid based on the value I produced for the company. However, I believe working at American Express is a waste of talent.
