Mostly indian nationals who refuse to collaborate with other races. Secret meetings, exclude others from updates and decisions. Difficult for black workers to fit in. They treat us like were just there to be the token black girl.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customer service seems less motivated
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a very easy process but after i was hired i found out they just wanted me since i was a black female so i got different treatment than others. They paired me with a "buddy" who repeatedly tells me i was the worse candidate and need to step up.
