I started with Amex in Jan 2019 as a Card Services Customer Service Rep. We answer calls from card members who have account questions. The training team is absolutely terrific and the person who will be our team leader after training has been with us from the beginning. I highly recommend this job!

Multiple interviews, by phone and by Skype. The recruiter that contacted me initially "held my hand and walked me through" the entire process which made it a bit simpler.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The motivation and coaching I've received from supervisors and peers to become the best at my job. Everyone works to build up everyone else. It really is a team environment!
What makes you most happy at work?
I love providing account management assistance to my card members. They have valid questions and concerns and I get real satisfaction from being able to set their mind at ease with the right answers.
