Understanding the real day to day challenges and issues of the "worker bees". They're hung up on reports and statistics and out of touch with the front line work and issues.
Parental leave, but its only a benefit to employees having children. When I had kids the leave package was terrible and now I can't take advantage of the best employee benefit.
Focus on the bigger picture. Too much is flowing down to the front lines, without thought to how it impacts our productivity and ability to truly impact the company. Leadership needs to be more in touch with the field and what is going on at a day to day basis.
