What did you like most about the interview process?

My interview was easy. I wasn't even asked the most basic questions about fit or skill set. It's easy to get hired.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

That they are currently being investigated for fraudulent practices against small businesses would lead me to believe that a full overhaul of leadership is in order.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team was great until a leadership change. The move was not made on merit but was a political hire, she destroyed the team in less than six months. Only three out of 17 members remain.
