It is a great company to work for if you dont mind being told what to do all the time. Decisions are never firm and are like being written in water changing time and again. Rationales are never given and once every 3 years there is an almost mandatory lay off

Better time management and stronger communication skills.

Open questions and more knwoledge and aptitude based tests

Fair compensation and great benefits for health, 401k match, etc
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Supportive in circumstances and willing to listen. But very little action.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
realistic timelines and willingness to stay the course for an iteration
What makes you most happy at work?
Customer delight is paramount and almost everyday we see an example of what we do deliver that.
