What is the best part about your compensation package?Market competitive and structured beyond the stage of the company. Excellent.
What did you like most about the interview process? It is fair and you are able to meet name in the process.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel like I bring a unique skillset that goes beyond my role. I'm looking forward to having that conversation at my next review.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? This question is misleading, I never said I feel undervalued. We just don't pay as much as some other companies, pay isn't the only reason I choose a job. What would make me feel better is more money.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? Our benefits are fairly basic. We do not have 401k matching and we are miserly with stock options.
