I have been continually harassed by a coworker for several years and have found that management and union rep will do nothing to help me. Recently more accusations were made against me by this coworker and as of today I was given the choice to sit outside in the warehouse (rather than in my office).
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Have management not be afraid to make decisions to better the work environment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually managing and taking control and making decisions to better the warehouse as a whole vs one or 2 employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management seeing a problem within and actually doing something about to make it better for the whole of the warehouse vs one or 2 employees.
