You have your good the bad

Bean counters lack on job experience the stuff a book dont teach you

Very human and conpassionate leaders

They're usually upfront about things and helpful. Not pushy and demanding. Understandable.

Review from Engineering Dept

Executive leadership team is implementing policy and providing environment for employees to have purpose and belonging. There is still overall lack of trust across organization. Managers across company lack true leadership skills. Proven technical ability does not always translate to people skills.

Review from Engineering Dept

Approachable, open door policy. They are open to suggestions.

Nothing they are literally trying to put Amtrak out of existence

Review from Operations Dept

Transparent, friendly and inclusive team

Their industry knowledge, willingness to challenge the status quo, and decisiveness.

The leadership that start off from the bottom are the best

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Front line management needs training and a culture overhaul.

Communication and so far that's all I can tell

Stop the gossip that happens. How I don't know but it's bad and it drags the whole company down.

Actually managing and taking control and making decisions to better the warehouse as a whole vs one or 2 employees.

Review from Operations Dept

they don't care about safety only production therefore they rush it and do it wrong

Understanding that trying to make margins while driving good people out is an impossible goal.

Teamwork, Transparency, Vision, Collaboration, Trust

The new CEO is from airlines and is trying to get rid of thousands of jobs by cutting the dining car

Review from Operations Dept

The leadership is poor and very uncooperative

Creating a true safety culture and not just be about lowering numbers of incidents. Take a proactive approach on safety.
