We got a pay raise because nobody wants to work for this company. Raising the rate of pay won't stop people from hating the fact that they must spend 20 years at night shift before a day job come up.

Management seeing a problem within and actually doing something about to make it better for the whole of the warehouse vs one or 2 employees.

Basically overlooked mumerous times for promotions due to doing what i was told to do when hiref such as report waste abuse.when that happens your done and shame that it persist after 18 years

Better pay. An end to reducing benefits. Stop increasing costs of insurance.

Changing the leadership group; over 75 VPs

Need to work with FRA and not against them; need to cut from union operations employees instead of management; need to actually invest in internal systems with not only technology but also keeping people around to maintain them; need better project management across the board.
