Apple Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Stock, health care, benefits, employee assistance, education credit, gym benefit

Apple product discounts and good stock

The hourly rates are extremely generous, but part time hours are scarce.

What compensation package? less than $30 hr? Work the late shift for 10% more?

Just the amount I'm paid

The benefits are awesome. I've never worked for a company that provides enormous benefits.

The discounts in the apple products

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Excellent base salary, with annual increases. Equity RSUs make up about 40%, and spot bonus is about 8%

Medical benefits are very good.

I get exam leaves and an education assistance program which is more than enough to cover my school fees as a part time student

Review from Sales Dept

The Stock and Retirement plan

Stock purchase plan, discounts, and recently, vacation pay for part time workers

Restricted stock units, health package

Relocation assistance and new hire bonus

the stock plan is good

Health care, gym, RSUs vesting

Best in the market, and highly competitive

Fantastic stock benefits, great healthcare

Health Insurance and stock purchase plan

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do the same work as the developers on our team but do not have the "T" after my classification as I do not have a degree. My pay is a third of my peers.

Review from Operations Dept

Worst technology company out there

not matching the hours put in

they dont appreciate me and they are rude i deserve double my pay

under valued employee of the decade

low pay, overworked, half of the team doesn’t do anything but flu

More money would be great after all the hardwork

In order to keep long-term employees, salary adjustments need to be made periodically to keep up with the market.

Pay does not keep rate with inflation.

The CEO just treats every women poorly and it hurts

More vacation and flexibility please

lower compared to other top companies in similar software roles

Stop asking me questions to view the data

Apple is a follower, not a leader, when it comes to benefits and compensation

They place you in multiple positions but don't want to pay you for them.

Promotion to say the least.

all of us in our store, regardless of tenure or position, are all payed within a $5 an hour range, yet we are constantly forced to be in every position in the store for ~$20 per hour.

People leaving see massive pay gains

Apple has made it clear time and time again that they only care about how much money they can put in the pockets of high level executives, and couldn't care less about how their Technical Support employees are doing.

undervalued in some way, but overall fine
