Our leadership team is approachable. There's no "us vs. them" mentality.

We are a team of people dedicated to serving others. You are never alone in a project, problem, or even a rewarding situation. You have tons of team members beside you supporting you no matter what.
What makes you most happy at work?
We do such an excellent job of finding the fun. We infuse fun into each week, whether it is a potluck lunch, a scavenger hunt, a party, and more. We're always looking for opportunities to laugh and enjoy each other!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I feel like the HR manager really looked through my resume to try and put me in a position that was the best fit for me. I actually interviewed for 2 positions (even though I only applied for one). Ultimately, it was my decision but it was nice to have options!
