I think a market survey should be completed to determine comparability with similar or the same job.

FOR THE MOST PART OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM IS TRUSTWORTHY. THEY SET THE STANDARD FOR ACCOUNTABILITY AND RESPECT TEAM MEMBERS AT ALL LEVELS.

I'm most happy because I work in a collaborative environment and have the flexibility to create a schedule that will allow me to maximize my productivity.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The process---Screening, Group Interview and Department Level Interview helped me to determine if the company was a good fit for me and if I could meet the demands of the position.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We communicate well with each. We set goals and accomplish those goals by identify each member as a stake holder and how they are an integral component of accomplishing those goals. Each person contributes their fair share.
