What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like most about our leadership team is their open door policy and consistent communication. For instance, my immediate supervisor, meets with me weekly to discuss areas of opportunity for not just me, but for him as my manager too, every leader at APS, including the owner, leads that way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture and environment of our company is that is is conducive and comfortable for everyone. The struggle of the fight for power or negativity are things I have never experienced, nor anyone who I've spoken to who works here has experienced. the golden rule company
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is inviting and helpful. My team is an amazing department. We have developed a supportive bond, that gives us the perfect model to show our new hires. That's very important for a corporate training team, as we play a huge role in shaping the culture of the company from the beginning.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I appreciated the thoroughness and inclusion. I really appreciated how they included other people in the department to determine if we were all a good fit for one another. I am huge on energy, so I felt it was very smart to involve the ones who would be sharing space and working together.
