What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My department colleagues and leadership team bring the positive culture and environment to our company. We believe in the product we sell and trust our managers when we are trained on sales skills enough to practice and deliver.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team cares about their employees with an open door policy, having empathy in the right situations, understanding workplace issues & utilizing appropriate tactics for conflict resolution. Lastly, our leadership team always makes time to actively listen to their employees' voices.
