I like that they listen and consider different point of views

I like that we all make an effort to get the job done and everyone has a good sense of humor
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy that we have get-togethers, the humorous chat on Slack, the fact that I can get up and walk around to get some fresh air when I need to. I also like that they provide coffee and ice and supplies. The break room is nice, and I like that we can wear jeans.
What makes you most happy at work?
All the stuff I named before plus I also like that we sometimes have contests, too. I like that in addition to wearing Jeans, I can wear a work-friendly graphic tee shirt like one that has mickey mouse or something. It isn't too uptight here. And having a standup desk option is really nice.
