All my interactions with our HR department during my interview process were flawless. It was friendly and welcoming from the first "Hello".

There is an open door policy with our leadership team. I know I can reach out to anyone if I need assistance and I have always been treated with the utmost respect.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have the ability to work from home. However the company does a lot to bring us all together. I do not feel like I'm missing the company culture just because I'm working from home. I feel included in all things just like I would be if I was in the office.
