My leadership team leads with empathy, strength, intentionality, accountability and by example. They are always there to guide and encourage. They inspire me daily and I hope to someday be as amazing as they are.

Some of the best things about my team is how we help each other to succeed. We work together. We are there for each other and rally around each other. We like to serve others together.

The most positive thing about the culture and environment is that we are growing. We do the right thing for our business and for each other. We love to serve others and definitely love to have fun.
