For me, one of the biggest upsides to working at APS is the work/life balance. I'm not expected to work outside my scheduled hours and am encouraged to take my time off. Overall, I feel like APS has treated me like a valued member of the team, and I look forward to many more years here.
What makes you most happy at work?
My co-workers. They are so supportive and really make work an enjoyable experience for me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team works so well together. There is no finger pointing or singling anybody out- we all work together to solve issues, and are always willing to pitch in when needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is very present. They make me feel comfortable coming to them with questions or concerns, and meet with me regularly to not only discuss my current projects, but to simply ask what I need from them.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They didn't make me wait around for weeks. The time between my first interview and my job offer was only about a week. It made me feel valued and made me that much more excited to begin my new job.
