Getting to work on interesting and challenging problems, and doing so with a team of likeminded individuals.

Everyone comes together to work towards a single goal, and we do it in a way that is inclusive and respectful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're down to earth, very good at explaining the "why" of what we work on, focused on working with us to do great work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer was very welcoming and seemed genuinely interested in talking with me about the job and connecting with me on a personal level.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has a genuine passion for problem solving and working hard. Even when a problem is not well understood, there is a concerted effort to better define it and then solve it.
