Overall I've been with APS for a short time but have advanced more in my career than I did with any other company. I feel comfortable working here and never like my job is at risk. I love coming to work every day.

I love being able to contribute my ideas to future plans for advancing our software for the betterment of our clients.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is constantly in communication with one another and we're always passing ideas back and forth. If challenges are present, we conquer them head on to ensure the best quality result for our clients.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team here at APS is always open to suggestions and feedback and always ensures your voice is heard and accounted for. I've never felt left behind in any decisions or that my opinion did not matter.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview I had was short, sweet, and to the point. I felt a real connection with the people I interviewed with and they made sure to not only learn about my job experience but my personal life as well so they could get to know me as a person and not just another worker.
