Everyone is friendly and helpful. All employees in the team stay on the same page and work towards the same goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I'm not constantly being micromanaged, which makes me feel much more trusted. I have the ability to express my opinion and concern without it being disregarded, and the atmosphere is always friendly around here.
What did you like most about the interview process?
What I like most about the interview process, is there was hardly a "process" at all. From the moment I walked in the door everyone was friendly, kind and chill. My interview consisted of me just talking to the managers which led to my eventual hire.
