APS is easily the best company that I have worked with since graduating college and entering the workforce. As I have previously described, everything from the people, to the customers, to the technology. APS is an awesome company with an upward trajectory.

Everyone at the organization is dedicated and works hard to making sure APS continues to advance in our market and be a leader.

The people that I work with, the customers that I get to interact with, and the amazing technology that we get to provide.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a very personal interviewing process, I got to meet my then Manager and CRO in person for a personal interview over dinner.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Cost of benefits is low, very minimum cost compared to other companies that I have worked for. Both major medical, dental vision and retirement 401(k)

The team that I work with is extremely collaborative, we work together to solve challenges and encourage each other to be the best we can every day and week.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It is a true family atmosphere. I know a lot of places like to say that, but at APS it is true. Everyone from the top down makes an effort to be inclusive and caring to all of their coworkers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The family like environment, I work remotely for the company and still get to see and speak with all of my team members throughout the week. We have a call on Mondays to start the week and see each other and we have continuing education on Thursdays.
