I am honestly excited to walk into work everyday. Huge sense of accomplishment from doing everyday tasks. Personal development has skyrocketed as a direct result from happiness from work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Going into the interview, I knew I wasn't the most qualified for my position, but after a genuine interview that was more geared towards finding the right people and not just the qualifies persons for the task at hand, it really set the interview process apart from other companies.
