My interview was great - clearly i got hired - thus filling in this survey. I enjoy my work environment and co workers - clearly as I have not left the company - thus filling out this survey. I believe we have a prosperous future - thus I'm not looking for other employment - thus this survey.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have fun - even virtually - we have team building games and exercises.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
APS leadership team cares about what concerns me. They have very clear communications on the state and direction of the business.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy my work atmosphere. It is void of drama, mess and stress. It is productive and we are appreciated by our customers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our compensation package improves as APS grows. Since joining with 30 employees to now more than 100 employees the total compensation package has improved 10x.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I am apart of has fun and humorous personalities. We are a great team that believes in helping each other. No back stabbing and no competitiveness needed. And we have FUN.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview was very frank, candid and honest. I was able to freely speak of my expectations and the interviewers freely set my expectations to be accurate as to what the company could and could not accommodate.
