The HR team was very friendly, the managers that I interviewed with were not abrasive as most places and I did not feel intimdated.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The APS leadership team takes the time to not only get to know ALL of our employees, they remember things (even kids birthdays), they encourage us that while our #1 priority is our customers- our family comes first!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture and environment at APS is how we are a family, we work together, laugh together, even sometimes cry together. We are always here for each other and no matter what, make sure we are all taken care of as a team!
