People are great, work is relatively engaging. A lot of talent is walking out the door, however, and it does not look like any outreach/reflection is being done about it. We are also not hiring near fast enough to replace those we have lost.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits are deplorable. Deductible more than doubled in a single year, RX coverage is awful, and isn't worth the amount you pay in a pay period.
