pay is below averages to live in san diego ca

I belive in paying people what their worth. I only accepted the job because i was told i was gauranteed 50 hours a week and could work more if i desired. Only to find out all OT is taken every september for 6 months.

Cant afford to join anything

When you been loyal to a company for 20yrs and the only thing you get is a pin. That's terrible

Very dictatorial. Compensation is below the national average. We lose people bc they are treated poorly and paid less than market average

Asked for promotion and got shut down and degraded

Below state minimum wage,not enough hours and the shittier employees were rewarded more hours.

I've been in the workforce, 30 year's. The only reason thst Zim not in car sales due to it diminishing. I made more money thstn what they pay Grau or red shirts. I came in with experience but young people come in making more than me.

I don't like that nobody even takes incident reports when you have accidents at work.i injured my thumb .months ago and wasn't even offered a band aid.my dm was informed that nobody followed policy and he laughed
