When my shift doesnt include a lot of troubled customers.

When the team collaboration is at its peak, as well as when the entire team is interacting with each other on a team level, rather than focusing on individual roles or roles within the team. It is important to avoid harsh criticism.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Poor management and HR support

Disaplin not being used to exclude or indiscrimetly fire employees

Ppl need to be trained on all aspects in Diy and not just certain ppl knowing how to take out batteries and doing headlights it's not fair and we're training ourselves I know commercial and don't work in commercial because I taught myself

Transfer to another store !

RM and up need to listen more to their store managers. They run the business everyday. They know what the store needs to make money. Allow them to have needed staff. Stop taking task hours. Appreciate the people who killing themselves for you instead of being negative. Get rid of bad upper executive

Hire qualified management that reqard and push up people. Stop having dumb rules ..we give you sick leave but you have to be out 3 days with Dr,s slip......Oh if you manager you get sick leave effective the first day?. .Disparate treatment of employees!!!!!! That's great fot Moral.
