We have great open communication, personally lucky with who we have.
I have been able to build mutual respect and work hard enough to get that reciprocated when I need help

For my typical day time shifts, I have two people I can count on. The three of us hold down the store. It is always a struggle when it is just one of us on the schedule for a day.

I was led to believe they had quality staff that was capable of genuinely helping the customers. Also, those interactions with the customers would be positive. They seldom are, as we usually get something wrong or break something.
