What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
First, communication and being able to listen/understand others' questions/feedback. Empathy, effor to understand where the other person may be coming from and most importantly being considerate of non-English speaking teammates during important meetings/emails/etc.

This is a tough question. The cultural challenges here are profound, and negatively impact the social fabric and organizational strength of the company. There are microenvironments of supportive and engaged people. However, they are largely overshadowed by the larger issues.

The number of vacation days are not competitive with other banks. Communication from the leadership about the Bank's performance and goals for the quarter.

Corporate leadership operates in a vacuum and dictates from above. There is a mix of apathy and narcissism that is poisoning the culture. Leadership needs to learn humility, genuinely seek feedback from their teams, adopt authentic and transparent communication, and empower employees.
