What is the best part about your compensation package?
Incentive driven with no limitations.

The double tier commission structure and team bonus overrides. I do wish my base was higher after the tenure I've been with the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that this industry is a little over saturated and that Beacon Hill will survive because of the high quality work they tend to focus on such as Legal.

Compensation strucuture not competitive with our competitors. Promotions and increase in responsibilites do not come with salary increase.

While I understand that this is an entry level position, I do think that base pay should be raised. Living in a high-cost-of-living place makes it very difficult to get by, especially as it takes a long time to be able to build up your desk!

No 401k match, health benefits are poor and require lots of out of pocket expenses, no stock or equity in the company is offered. If there was a 401k match and yearly pay increases rather and more healthcare options if would help.

How personable everyone is when speaking with them. Everyone I spoke with was very transparent about the role and wanted to be sure the investment was both ways.

It was very interactive and the whole team was involved in the process when I was onboarded. Things have since changed but when it was a team decision I felt like I was joining something bigger than myself and I felt as though I already know the team before I started.

the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results. Cold calling 150 people a week MAY have been what used to work- but now we need to figure out new ways to engage with customers who DO NOT want to be sold to
