
Based on my career goals, Beacon Hill has offered me a few different roles during my tenure to ensure I am building to where I want to be. I have not been pigeon holed into a role and comp structure, which makes me work that much harder.

Client meetings and knowing I can honestly sell Beacon Hill and we will deliver. Getting those new opportunities with clients is what excites me day after day.
The leadership team is very collaborative with everyone at all levels. They also keep an open line of communication, making the company's vision and goals available for everyone to see.
All the different opportunities to make what you put into it through commissions and bonuses. I wish the commission plan was better and adjustable based on the accounts you support.
