What is the best part about your compensation package?
The time off, pay rate, and PTO are really the selling point for me. Its just better than everything else locally that ive worked at.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Its great! If anything ia ever missed, most likely due to communication error on my part, everyone is super relaxed and handles it professionally to smooth out the bumbs. Its a well oiled machine
What are some of the best things about your team?
Pretty frontloaded and willing to help each other when it gets tough, but it is heavily dependant on how i approach things. All of us are juat trying to do our job and go home with as little stress as possible
