Working for this company has been wild. Ive been with the company since 2010. The Company is going down hill because of our CEO. She was given a job she wasnt ready for. Shes pro accounting but anti people/employee.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
One: Best Buy medical insurence is a joke. Little to no coverage, but, hugh cost to employee. Two: Upping everyone to $15 an hour is great when done correctly. However, thisnwas done to fulfill some progressive public image. The pay tiers havent been redone, and regular employees can't get raises
