"Pay scales" limit geek Squad pay so we have no power to request a raise once we reach the top of this scale. Not a bad place to work but Best Buy needs to keep up with rising prices by paying workers more, not executives. We're barley scraping by down here.

The ability to work independently with little oversight because we all know how to do our jobs well.

We all work as a pretty fluid team and help each other out when needed. No complaints about coworkers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is great. Unfortunately he has no power to change anything that would truly help his employees. The top executives should eliminate this "pay scale" thing and give us appropriate raises based on our own teams hard work. Instead, they give us raises based on 2 or 3 other states of workers.
