Very friendly and relaxed culture , had a chance to make an impact from the get go. Communication with leadership could become and issue, but overall I'm having a great time. Great place to start a career, would absolutely recommend it for fresh gradutes.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very approachable and involved, and often asking for feedback. They actually care about our contributions and will trust our judgement. They make an effort to recognize our efforts.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We get a lot of PTO starting out and don't need to accrue it, it is fully available from the first day. Pay is good, especially for a fresh grad.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendly interaction between coworkers and management. Does not feel like management is an unreachable entity, and there are a lot of opportunities to interact with others. Most people really enjoy the relaxed and young culture
What did you like most about the interview process?
Centered around personality and cultural fit, along with the willingness to learn and work hard. It was made clear that leadership would train me in what I needed to learn, the focus is in making sure that people want to make a difference
