In not a company corperate cult kind of way we are truly a family and all are mostly close friends

Clear and open communication about when/if you will get the job and post interview clear and open guidence on start dates/expectations
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Best Buy's in store leaders are amazing at least at my store, they emphasize that you work to live. You do not live to work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO hours are generous even after only being employed for a short few years. They however do expire and it is use it or lose it.
