Clear enterprise and team objectives. Communication of organizational changes has improved. More defined processes for collaboration across verticals would go a long way to unlocking more creativity.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I hope we have consistency in driving the right growth initiatives for long enough to see them generate value. Short term wins cannot come at the expense of long term sustainability of the business.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good work on improving diversity of backgrounds for hiring to generate diversity of thought. This has not been well supported with improved training and onboarding so it can be hard for new employees to find their footing if they do not have a basis in retail or ecommerce.
