Most are very helpful and great to work with. They are also great people just to talk to.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Employee discount and 401(k). The discount had saved my thousands. Also, because of the 401(k) I have some money saved for retirement
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Same management are not very helpful and don't engage in consdtructive criticism, but instead jump in to what you're doing wrong. Also, they say the same things over and over for seemingly no reason.
