My manager is the best person that I have "ever" worked for. He really cares about his staff. The assistant store manager, however, is the reason I have given my termination notice.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The workload that I have to carry vs. my pay, I feel is not equivalent to what I think I should be making. That being said, I love most of my leadership team at my store.
