Performance checkins and checkouts everyday lower self esteem. Dictatorship work environment instead of commission
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Customer interaction. We’re not on commission but we sure do act like. Wish we got compensated like we were.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Calming down. Someone must have their life in their hands. They are so afraid of corporate that’s all I hear and make sure all customers have Best Buy credit cards and services or your terrible employee.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Sales performance sheets judge our ratings to keep our job just like we’re on commission. The more revenue services and bp’s the better you are you keep your job. Like at dealerships except no extra money. May as well be commission atleast you get a paycheck for alll that work and training
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Feel that if I shall work and pretend to sell at car dealership standards I need some commission off of a the effort I put into a big 1 hour sale and the amount of customer service and training that came along with that customer. At the end of the day I made $40-$50
