The job and company itself is great. The only thing that's holding this company back is the lack of training and the politics that the managers hold. You have no chance of moving up the store ladder unless you are friends or get close to 1 or more of the managers. They don't promote solely on skill.

The compensation is good...if you’re full time. Which is less than 25% of the store employees.

They are diverse and listen to complaints and complements, and know how to deal with the situation to make it better
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The coworkers know how to joke around and also know how to get things done without having to pick up their slack.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The fact that I am able to take leave for medical and personal reasons and the company makes an attempt to pay me for it.
